Jump Into the Blanket

A Brunette, a Redhead, and a Blonde escape a burning building by climbing to the roof. The Firemen are on the street below, holding a blanket for them to jump into.

The firemen yell to the Brunette:

- Jump! Jump! It's your only chance to survive!

The Brunette jumps and SWISH! The firemen yank the blanket away...the Brunette slams into the sidewalk like a tomato.

- C'mon! Jump! You gotta jump! - say the firemen to the Redhead.

- Oh no! You're gonna pull the blanket away! - says the Redhead.

- No! It's Brunettes we can't stand! We're OK with Redheads!

- OK - says the Redhead, and she jumps. SWISH! The firemen yank the blanket away, and the lady is flattened on the pavement like a pancake.

Finally, the Blonde steps to the edge of the roof. Again, the firemen yell:

- Jump! You have to jump!

- No way! You're just gonna pull the blanket away! - yelled the Blonde.

- No! Really! You have to jump! We won't pull the blanket away!

- Look - the Blonde says:

- nothing you say is gonna convince me that you're not gonna pull the blanket away! So what I want you to do is put the blanket down, and back away from it . . .

Sleeping Like A Baby

While the U.S. stock market was at an all time high, the ups and downs frightened a lot of small investors.

A guy went to his financial adviser at the bank and ask if he were worried.

He replied that he slept like a baby.

He was amazed and asked:

- Really? Even with all the fluctuations?

He said:

- Yes, that's right. Just like a baby...

- I sleep for a couple of hours, then wake up and cry for a couple of hours!

Three Bikers

A grizzled old man was eating in a truck stop when three Hell's Angels bikers walked in.

The first walked up to the old man, pushed his cigarette into the old man's pie and then took a seat at the counter.

The second walked up to the old man, spit into the old man's milk and then he took a seat at the counter.

The third walked up to the old man, turned over the old man's plate, and then he took a seat at the counter.

Without a muttering word of protest, the old man gets up from his seat and quietly leaves the diner.

Shortly thereafter, one of the bikers said to the waitress:

- Humph, not much of a man, was he!

And the waitress replied:

- Not much of a truck driver either. He just backed his truck over three motorcycles!

Tax Time Advice

A man called to testify at the Revenue Canada, (Canada's IRS) asked his accountant for advice on what to wear:

- Wear your shabbiest clothing. Let him think you are a pauper - the accountant replied.

Then he asked his lawyer the same question, but got the opposite advice:

- Do not let them intimidate you. Wear your most elegant suit and tie.

Confused, the man went to his Priest, told him of the conflicting advice, and requested some resolution of the dilemma.

- Let me tell you a story - replied the Priest.

A woman, about to be married, asked her mother what to wear on her wedding night:

- Wear a heavy, long, flannel nightgown that goes right up to your neck.

But when she asked her best friend, she got conflicting advice:

- Wear your most sexy negligee, with a V neck right down to your navel.

The man protested:

- What does all this have to do with my problem with the Revenue Canada?!

- Simple - replied the Priest...

- It doesn't matter what you wear, you are going to get screwed!
