Spaceflight With John Glenn

Top 10 Reasons No One Wants to go into Space with John Glenn again:

  1. The horror of seeing the effects of G-Forces on wrinkles.
  2. Kept using the Hubble to find his glasses.
  3. Everytime he sneezed, his teeth flew out.
  4. Forgot where he was each morning, kept grabbing for Scott while calling him "Annie".
  5. Constantly complaining about being "Stiff all over" while eyeing Chiaki.
  6. Couldn't get him to stop doing the "Viagra" experiment.
  7. When warned, "There's a Meteor Shower ahead", he thought they said, "Shower cause he'd peed the bed".
  8. Couldn't seem to ever attach his urinal bag properly.
  9. There's a real good reason why we call old men "Old Farts".

A Blonde Astronaut

There was a blonde, a red head, and a brunette and they were all up in space. Each girl tried thinking up ways to be better then the other two... The red head said, "I am going to be the first woman to land on mars." The brunette said, "I can beat that, I'll be the first woman to land on saturn." The blonde said, "I'll beat both of you, I'll be the first woman to land on the sun."

"How are you going to do that", the other two asked.

"Simple", said the blonde. "I'll go at night!"

Three Engineers in a Car

There are three engineers in a car; an electrical engineer, a chemical engineer and a Microsoft engineer.
Suddenly the car just stops by the side of the road, and the three engineers look at each other wondering what could be wrong.

The electrical engineer suggests stripping down the electronics of the car and trying to trace where a fault might have occurred. The chemical engineer, not knowing much about cars, suggests that maybe the fuel is becoming emulsified and getting blocked somewhere.

Then, the Microsoft engineer, not knowing much about anything, comes up with a suggestion, 'Why don't we close all the windows, get out, get back in, open the windows again, and maybe it'll work !?'

Two Molecules

Two molecules are walking down the street and they run in to each other.

One says to the other, "Are you all right?"

- No, I lost an electron!

- Are you sure?

- I'm positive!

Dilbert's Salary Theorem

Dilbert's "Salary Theorem" states that "Engineers and scientists can never earn as much as business executives and sales people."

This theorem can now be supported by a mathematical equation based on the following two postulates:
Postulate 1: Knowledge is Power.
Postulate 2: Time is Money.

As every engineer knows: Power = Work / Time
And since: Knowledge = Power
And: Time = Money
It is therefore true that Knowledge = Work / Money
Solving this equation for Money, we get: Money = Work / Knowledge
Thus, as Knowledge approaches zero, Money approaches infinity, regardless of the amount of Work done.

Conclusion: The less you know, the more you make.
